As your therapist, my primary goal is to build a trusting, open, and authentic relationship where you feel comfortable and supported in exploring your emotions and experiences. I believe the therapeutic relationship is a key component of healing, and I strive to create a judgment-free space for clients to explore difficult emotions and life challenges.
My approach is integrative, drawing primarily from person-centered therapy while adapting other techniques to best suit your unique needs. I work with a broad range of clients, from individuals navigating stress, anxiety, and grief, to those processing trauma or seeking support through life transitions. I enjoy working with diverse populations and am passionate about helping individuals discover their strengths and move toward greater emotional well-being. I look forward to meeting you!
