It takes a lot of bravery to reach out for help and support. My first goal with every client is to form a foundational relationship that serves as the base of our work together. I prioritize safety and autonomy in the therapy room to allow space for the client to guide the session in the way that is most meaningful for them. I hope to curate an environment that is shame-free where all emotions and topics are safe for us to explore. I am excited to meet you as you discover your truest and most beautiful self!
