I believe in fostering a confidential, non-judgmental, and relationship-centered counseling environment where individuals and families can safely discuss their thoughts and feelings. I treat each client with respect, supporting them in gaining greater self-understanding and self-awareness. In client-centered therapy, the client determines its direction while I present different perspectives and ideas to help clients resolve blocks to personal growth as well as improve communication and relationships in their lives.
