My goal is for my clients to feel safe, heard, and accepted. It takes courage to heal, and whether you choose to step out in bravery within the safe space of my comfortable office, or within the confines of your own home, I want to walk alongside you every step of the way. My approach is client-centered, integrative, and tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual as they move toward their optimum level of functioning. I am an EMDR trained therapist and can treat clients ranging from situational distress to severe psychological impairment. I am also trained to work with couples and families, as well as those looking to use faith/spirituality in therapy, as I have a background in theology and world religion. Through genuine curiosity and compassion both the client and counselor’s lives can be enriched, and together we can turn wounds into wisdom and discover wholeness from brokenness.
