I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides Individual, Couples, and Family Counseling to children, adolescents, and adults. I have a specific interest in working with women who may be experiencing depression and/or anxiety from various life stressors, including postpartum needs, divorce, grief, and other relational issues.
My goal is to provide a safe, confidential environment for you to find and embrace your most healthy and happy self. I understand that therapy is a very individual and unique experience for everyone, and I will work with you to find the best fit for you. Together, we develop a reasonable plan to achieve and maintain your goals; I want you to play an active role in this process towards your healthy, happy tomorrow.
