My goal as your therapist is to create an inclusive, shame-free and collaborative space where you can be your most authentic self and all topics are safe to discuss. My aim is to walk beside you as you come to know yourself more fully, grow and achieve your goals, and that you will feel truly heard, seen and empowered towards growth. I use an integrative approach pulling from person-centered, psychodynamic and somatic strategies, as well as my training in Somatic Integration and Processing, which allows me to tailor therapy to the unique individual that you are and to invite the body to unlock itβs innate wisdom. My interests are in religious trauma and neurodivergence, but I enjoy working with a variety of clients. I look forwarding to meeting you and helping you towards growth and healing.
