The goals of counseling are as unique as each client who enters the door. I want clients to know that I will always provide an accepting environment free of judgement. I celebrate those who have the courage to live their best life and reach out for a better way of navigating the journey.
Building a strong counselor-client alliance enables me to understand your world so that we can meet your long-term goals. These goals can include working to fulfill one's potential, developing healthy coping skills, improving decision-making, and improving relationships. Goals that are more complex can include acceptance of self and others, setting boundaries, and working through crisis or grief.
